Mason L (Managing Director, Founding Partner, Oracle Technologies Director)

Mason L, just over 23 years ago, started cutting his teeth in IT working primarily in Oracle Technologies surrounding Business Intelligence. Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Discoverer, OBIEE, all the while gaining ground in his skills with SQL and PL/SQL. It wasn’t long before his attentions and interests turned towards Data Warehouses, Databases, database development and yes, performance tuning. Mason’s passion for always being willing to learn converted to mentorship and leadership over the many year in Oracle. Inspired not to gather and contain his knowledge for his own sake, but share with anyone willing to understand or learn themselves, Mason’s greatest asset is often bridging the gap between the typical “silent” IT geniuses and gurus and the front of house business minds, managers and system analysts. With a very accessible personality, and generally being able to handle everything that comes his way with a sense of calm and a smile, your apt to accomplish exactly what you set out to do with him working along side of you.
